🔧 JOB DESCRIPTION:

Join Web/App development and maintenance projects for Japanese clients.

Perform coding tasks according to requirements, ensuring quality and deadlines.

Learn and conduct code reviews under the guidance of senior developers.

Attend technical meetings and take feedback from team leaders/senior developers.

Collaborate with QA, BA, BrSE, and PM to complete assigned tasks.

🎯 REQUIREMENTS:

6 months to 2 years of software development experience (preferably Web App or Backend).

Proficient in at least one language: Java, PHP, or JavaScript (React, Angular, Next.js).

Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and APIs (RESTful).

Eager to learn, proactive, and growth-oriented.

Preferred:
Familiar with Agile/Scrum development process.
Experience studying or working with Japanese clients is a plus.
Good teamwork and clear communication skills.
